02: How credits work
One check is not one credit
An answer check is one prompt, on one engine, in one region. Engines are priced by what they cost us to run, so they do not all spend the same.

20 prompts × the three cheapest engines, run once
Add Gemini with Search grounding to the same 20 prompts and one run jumps to 380 credits, because that engine costs us roughly 14 times a plain Gemini call.
The console shows the exact credit cost of a run before you commit to it. Plan credits do not roll over at the end of the month. Purchased top-up credits never expire and are only spent once the monthly allowance is gone. This is why prompt caps are a guardrail, not the real limit. Your credit balance is what binds.

Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. Move up when you need more competitors tracked, more prompts, daily scanning or more seats.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and UPI, through our payment provider.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and no card is needed to start. New workspaces begin on a 14-day Professional trial, then drop to Free with three lifetime live snapshots. Once those are used, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays.
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to Free automatically. Nothing is charged, nothing is deleted, and everything you already measured stays readable.
What is an AI answer check?
One tracked prompt, sent to one engine, for one region, once. What it spends depends on the engine: Gemini and ChatGPT are 1 credit, Claude 3, Azure OpenAI 7, Perplexity 8, and Gemini with Search grounding 14. The last one costs roughly 14 times a plain Gemini call to run, which is why it is priced that way.
What is an audit scan?
A crawl of your site scored against 25+ AI-readiness factors: schema, FAQs, structure, internal links. Each finding comes with the specific fix. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets with the billing period.
What happens if I hit a limit?
You see an upgrade prompt at the point you hit it. Nothing is deleted, and nothing already measured becomes unreadable. You just cannot run more of that action until you upgrade or the period resets.
