Prompt runs and the responses AI engines return, including the brand mentions and citations we extract from them

Measuring AI visibility means sending your prompts to the AI providers we measure. When you run a scan, the prompt text and the brand and competitor names it contains are sent to the provider APIs behind the engines you selected:

Anthropic. Runs your prompts and returns the answers we analyse
Google. Runs your prompts and returns the answers we analyse
Microsoft. Runs your prompts and returns the answers we analyse
OpenAI. Runs your prompts and returns the answers we analyse
Perplexity. Runs your prompts and returns the answers we analyse

We also rely on these providers to operate the service:

Dodo Payments. Subscription billing and payment processing
Resend. Transactional and notification email delivery
PostHog. Product analytics, subject to your consent
Sentry. Error and performance monitoring

Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process data on our instructions. We will update this list before adding a new sub-processor.
