01: Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CiteTrail, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

02: Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CiteTrail for personal and commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You may not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature
You may not abuse, harass, threaten, or harm other users
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

03: Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

04: Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Failed payments may result in service suspension

05: User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using CiteTrail. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

06: Limitation of Liability

CiteTrail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

07: Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
